| The director and 3 Deputy directors are
thirded from various faculties to work for
a term of 3 years. The administrative system works around country
concept, that is there are at present 4 country programs, Japan,
Korea, China and ASEAN ; each program will have its own committee
members (also thirded from various faculties). The links between
policies and implementations are taken care off by permanent staff
of about 39 peoples who form the secretariat office and research
section of the
Institute. |
